Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or compliance with a legal obligation. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Clients and data processing roles
When Connect73 processes advertising or lead data on behalf of a client, the client may be the data controller and Connect73 may act as a data processor. The applicable client agreement or data processing agreement then provides additional terms. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their tracking, advertising and lead-generation activities have an appropriate legal basis and provide required notices.
6. Sharing and service providers
We only share information where necessary for the purposes described above. Recipients may include our clients, authorized employees and contractors, advertising and analytics platforms, cloud hosting and reporting providers, security providers and professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant service, reporting purpose, client agreement, security requirement or legal obligation. Retention periods may differ by data category and advertising platform. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, restricted client access, secure authentication and monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.
10. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website and campaign services may use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, advertising measurement and conversion attribution. Where legally required, non-essential technologies are used only after consent. You can manage cookies through the consent tool on our website and through your browser settings.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing, request data portability and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

You may revoke a platform authorization through the relevant platform settings. To request deletion of information held by Connect73, including information obtained through an authorized advertising integration, contact marcel@connect73.com.
